Important:Please advise if you require a specific flute direction. Otherwise the flute direction will be decided according to our best yield.

Specifications

We can custom cut Corrugated Signs into a range of convex geometric shapes (at no extra cost) including:

- Squares or Rectangles
- Circles
- Triangles
- Hexagons
- All of these shapes can have curved corners (you would need to advise the radius you would like for the rounded corners)

Artwork Guidelines

Please read carefully and follow the instructions below as failure to meet the requirements could result in delays to the printing of your job. Failure to comply with these specifications, Wild Cow Visual have the right to charge extra for artwork fees and/or require extra days to process the artworks

 

File Requirements

• PDF without trim, crop or registration marks

• All files to be CMYK, not RGB

• All fonts converted to outlines (paths/curves)

• Embed all images and elements

• Files to be 100% scale unless otherwise specified

• Bleed as per template

 

Resolution

• Bitmap images no less than 130 DPI at full size

 

Pantone Colours

• If required Pantone colours must be supplied from the PANTONE+ Solid Coated library
