Choose the ground spike for grass or soil — it pushes straight into the ground.

Choose the cross base with water bag for concrete, pavers, asphalt or indoor floors, where a spike can't be used. Fill the bag with water to weigh the flag down. On hard surfaces, the right base and enough weight are essential.

Outdoor flags are designed to move in the wind, but they should not be left standing in strong or worsening conditions. If the wind becomes gusty, unstable or unsafe, take the flag down and store it safely. The correct base and enough weight are essential, particularly on hard surfaces.

Always weigh it down properly when it's outdoors. Every Wild Cow Visual marquee package includes:

On grass or soil, use the ropes and pegs. On concrete, asphalt or any surface where pegs can't go in, use the sandbags on the legs. The weight needed depends on the marquee size, the location and the weather. In strong or worsening wind, lower or dismantle the marquee rather than relying on weights alone.

Our flags and marquees are printed on water-resistant polyester made for outdoor promotional use, and handle normal outdoor conditions well.

Long exposure to strong sun and harsh weather will naturally shorten the life of any printed fabric. To keep colours bright for longer, bring flags and marquees in when they're not in use, and don't leave them out in severe weather.

Marquees come in 3m × 3m, 4.5m × 3m and 6m × 3m. The canopies are fire retardant, which many event organisers ask about.

Choose canopy only for an open stall, or add walls for more branding: a full back wall, a full back wall with two half side walls, or a full back wall with two full side walls. All walls are printed double-sided.

Yes. If your hardware is in good condition, you only need to replace the printed part.

For flags, reorder just the printed flag for the same flag system and keep your pole and base. For marquees, order a replacement printed canopy and keep the frame.
