Shipping policy
Production starts the first working day after you approve your artwork proof (approve by 12pm for a next-day start). Typical production times:
- Single-frame displays (SEG backlit lightboxes, counters, towers, replacement fabric): 7–8 working days
- Multi-panel exhibition stands and kits: 10–12 working days
- Pop-up gazebos and marquees: 7–8 working days
- Shell scheme graphics: 8 working days · Banners: 5 working days · Sequin panels: 5–7 working days
Delivery then takes 1–7 working days depending on your state; each product page lists the times. Tight deadline? Call 1300 197 088 before you order.
All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we despatch the products.
