Warranty Policy
Welcome to Wild Cow Visual! We are committed to providing high-quality backdrops and display products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, terms, and procedures related to warranties on our products.
1. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
- Hardware Only: Wild Cow Visual Pty Ltd offers a limited 12-month hardware warranty from the original invoice date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for frames, stands, and mechanism components.
- No Warranty on Printing/Graphics: We do not offer a warranty on custom-printed fabrics, banners, backdrops, or graphics. Because all signage is custom printed using artwork explicitly checked and approved by the customer prior to production, the final print is considered final and non-warrantable once approved.
2. What Is Not Covered (Hardware Exclusions)
The hardware warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, failure to follow setup instructions, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic fading over time.
- Natural events or environmental conditions (e.g., fires, floods, lightning strikes, extreme weather/wind damage).
- Damage from shipping incidents or delays in reporting defects.
- Damage caused by modifications, repairs, or alterations not authorized by Wild Cow Visual Pty Ltd.
Note: In case of a warranty dispute, Wild Cow Visual has the exclusive right to assess the hardware damage and determine the appropriate resolution.
3. How to Make a Hardware Warranty Claim
If you believe your hardware product is defective under warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au within 14 days of discovering the defect.
- Provide your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the hardware defect.
- Send clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- If a return is approved for inspection, the product must be returned to Wild Cow Visual within ten (10) days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
4. Remedies and Resolution
If your hardware warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective hardware component.
- Replace the hardware component with the same or a similar product (or a refurbished unit of equal value).
- Issue a store credit or replacement if repair or replacement is not technically possible.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective hardware. Wild Cow Visual Pty Ltd is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or associated damages arising from the use or inability to use our products (including third-party event installation costs).
