Artwork Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your artwork. Following these specifications helps us avoid delays and ensures your job is printed exactly as intended. Files that do not meet these requirements may incur additional artwork fees or require extra production time.

File Requirements

• PDF without trim, crop or registration marks

• All files to be CMYK, not RGB

• All fonts converted to outlines (paths/curves)

• Embed all images and elements

• Files to be 100% scale unless otherwise specified

• Bleed as per template

Resolution

• Bitmap images no less than 130 DPI at full size

Pantone Colours

• If required, Pantone colours must be supplied from the PANTONE+ Solid Coated library

Sending Your Files

• Once your order is placed, email your print-ready files (up to 200MB) to enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au, with your order number in the subject line

• For files over 200MB, share via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive and include the link in your email
