Wild Cow Visual Fabric Mesh Banners are built for the outdoors — construction hoarding, site fences, event perimeters and exhibition backdrops where a solid banner would just catch wind and strain the fixings.

The 120gsm mesh fabric is perforated so wind passes straight through instead of loading up your fence line, while the print stays vibrant thanks to full-colour dye-sublimation infused into the fibres rather than sitting on top. Every panel is reinforced with sewn webbing around the edge, so the eyelets carry load without ripping out.

What's the 120gsm mesh fabric best used for?

Do you offer double-sided printing?

No — 120gsm mesh banners are single-sided only.

Can I order a custom size?

How long does it take?

Should I choose eyelets every 500mm or every 1000mm?

500mm spacing gives more fixing points and is the safer choice for high-wind sites or taller banners, spreading the load more evenly along the edge. 1000mm spacing is our standard and suits most construction fence and event installations. Both are priced the same, so pick based on your site conditions rather than budget.

How is it fixed to a fence or frame?

The most common method is cable ties through the eyelets, spaced to match your fence posts or frame. Eyelets are reinforced with sewn webbing around the edge so they hold under normal wind load.

What's the normal height for a banner on a construction fence?

You'll want to measure your fence to be sure, but the most common height ordered is 1600mm — that's why we offer 3000 x 1600mm as one of our standard sizes.

Can I use these outdoors long-term?

Yes, that's what they're built for. As with any dye-sublimation print, extended direct sun exposure will fade colour over time — expect the most vibrant result in the first several months outdoors.

How do I supply artwork?

Download the template from the Template Downloads tab, drop in your design, and send the print-ready file. We return a proof for your approval before printing.
