Fabric options

  • 120gsm Polyester — lightweight and economical. Best for indoor backdrops, short-term displays and hanging banners.
  • 250gsm Polyester — premium heavyweight with a matte finish and minimal print-through. Ideal for photography backdrops and repeat-use displays.
  • 350gsm Blockout — heavy blockout fabric that stops light and prevents print show-through. Best for bright venues and double-sided setups.

Finishing options

  • Hemmed edges + stainless steel eyelets — sewn edge with eyelets for quick tie or hook mounting.
  • Hemmed edges only — neat finished edge with no hardware.
  • Rod pockets (top & bottom) — sewn sleeves to slide a rod or pole through.
  • Velcro hook edges  — hook velcro edging for tension frames and media walls.

Sizes & custom orders

Standard sizes range from 1000 × 500mm up to 3000 × 1500mm. Minimum size 500 × 500mm. Banners print seamless up to 3000mm wide × 9000mm long; larger pieces can be joined with a seam.

Overview

Wild Cow Visual fabric banners work as stage backdrops, exhibition and booth walls, retail and window displays, event and media walls, and product-launch branding — one product covering a lot of jobs.

The print is dye-sublimated into the fabric rather than sitting on the surface, so colour won't flake or peel through repeated setup and pack-down the way vinyl can. The 250gsm is the all-rounder — its matte, glare-free finish photographs cleanly under lights, so it's the pick for anything filmed or shot for social. The 120gsm is the lighter, budget option; being thinner it lets some light through and the print shows faintly in reverse on the back. The 350gsm blockout is the premium choice when you need to stop light and shadow bleeding through from behind, such as spotlit or backlit stage settings.

FAQ

What's the difference between the three fabrics?

120gsm is the lightest and most economical, with a gloss sheen; being thin, it lets some light through and the print shows in reverse on the back. 250gsm is a heavier matte fabric that cuts glare and shows minimal show-through — the best choice for photography and lit settings. 350gsm blockout is fully opaque and stops all light passing through, ideal for spotlit stages.

Do you offer double-sided printing?

No — all banners are single-sided. On the 250gsm the back is white; on the thinner 120gsm the image is faintly visible in reverse through the fabric and 350gsm the back is black.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes — we print almost any size up to 3m × 9m seamless. Contact us for a custom-size quote.

Can I use these outdoors?

Yes, our fabrics suit indoor and outdoor use. As with any dye-sublimation print, extended direct sun will fade colour over time.

Can I wash it or get creases out?

The 250gsm is machine washable and wrinkle-resistant, so transport creases drop out easily — steam or a warm iron under a cloth also works.

How do I supply artwork?

Download the template from the Template Downloads tab, drop in your design, and send the print-ready file. We return a proof for your approval before printing.

How is it hung or fixed?

Choose from hemmed edges, hemmed edges with eyelets, rod pockets top and bottom, or Velcro hook edges to suit your rig.

How long does it take?

From 5 working days to produce, plus 3–7 working days delivery depending on your state and postcode.
