The Connect is a stand with a job: keep your team talking to people. Start with the backwalls — instead of one flat plane, they step across two heights. It's a small thing that does a lot, adding depth and movement that pulls the eye in a row of identical panels. That's your hook.

Then the booth hands your staff everything they need to run with it: a mounted screen to demo on, a shelf to show product, and a counter to lean across. Add optional LED spotlights to keep it all bright under dim house lights. It's a floor-sales stand, plainly. If your team's measure of a good show is business cards and booked demos, the Connect is set up to feed them.

What are dual-height backwalls, and why do they matter?

The two walls sit at staggered heights rather than one flat line. It adds depth and visual movement, so your booth catches the eye in a row of identical flat stands — a genuine advantage on a crowded floor.

Is a TV included?

No. You get the mount; you bring the screen. That keeps the kit lighter to ship and lets you match it to the show.

Do the LED spotlights come included?

No — LED spotlights are an optional upgrade (a pair). Add them if your hall runs dark.

How is the Connect different from the Summit?

Both give you a counter and shelf. The Connect adds a TV mount and leans into demos and engagement; the Summit swaps the screen for built-in shelving. Choose the Connect if a screen matters.

Is single or double-sided printing included?

The standard package includes single-sided printing with a white reverse. Double-sided fabric graphics are an optional upgrade.

How do I clean the fabric graphics?

Machine washable — cold gentle wash, mild detergent only, do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat. Store only when completely dry; refit slightly damp to remove minor wrinkles.

Can I reuse the frame with new graphics?

Yes — order replacement graphics and keep the frame.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We'll email a digital artwork proof for approval before production begins.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.

No tools are required. Most people can assemble the Connect in approximately 15–20 minutes.

1. Unpack all frame sections, graphics and accessories from the carry bags.
2. Assemble the two dual-height backwall frames by connecting the snap-tube sections until the push-buttons lock into place.
3. Slide each tension fabric graphic over its frame and zip it closed for a smooth finish.
4. Fit the display shelf and the TV mount; mount your screen if required.
5. Assemble the podium counter by fitting the graphic wrap and securing the countertop.
6. Add any optional LED spotlights and angle the booth toward the aisle.
