How wide is the backwall?

A full three metres across your booth — a 2m main panel plus a 1m monitor-tower panel — giving you the widest branding area in the range for a big hero image or message.

Where does the screen sit?

On the integrated monitor tower (the 1m panel), via a TV mount that holds screens up to 30". The TV isn't included, so you can match it to the show.

Can I add lighting?

Yes — a pair of LED spotlights is available as an optional upgrade. On a large single image, even lighting makes a real difference in a dim hall.

Is single or double-sided printing included?

The standard package includes single-sided printing with a white reverse. Double-sided fabric graphics are available as an optional upgrade.

How do I clean the fabric graphics?

Machine washable — cold gentle wash, mild detergent only, do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat. Store only when completely dry; refit slightly damp to remove minor wrinkles.

Can I reuse the frame with new graphics?

Yes. Order replacement graphics when your campaign changes and keep the frame.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We'll email a digital artwork proof for approval before production begins.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.

No tools are required. Most people can assemble the Horizon in approximately 15 minutes.

1. Unpack all frame sections, graphics and accessories from the carry bags.
2. Assemble the panoramic backwall frame by connecting the snap-tube sections until the push-buttons lock into place, then stand it.
3. Assemble the monitor tower frame in the same way.
4. Slide each tension fabric graphic over its frame and zip it closed for a drum-tight finish.
5. Fit the monitor bracket to the tower and mount your screen if required.
6. Position the side table and podium, add optional LED spotlights, and set the display within your booth.
