It's a proper U-shaped tension-fabric bay — three straight 3-metre walls joined by specialised 90° connectors, so they read as one continuous, custom-built surround rather than three backdrops shoved together. You get the wraparound, brand-everywhere look normally reserved for premium booths, at pop-up money.

The point of the Haven is what it leaves out. No counter you'll pay for and leave in the box, no heavy crate, no forklift, no freight bill. Each wall packs into its own soft bag at roughly 10–12kg — light enough for one person and small enough to move without a crew. Are the counter and spotlights included?

No — leaving those out is what keeps the Haven affordable. It's built as a three-wall U-shape stand, so the counter and the spotlights are both optional add-ons. Add LED spotlights to lift your graphics, or a Fabric Counter (Square or Oval) as a reception point, whenever you need them.

How do the three walls form a U?

They join with specialised 90° corner connectors and two-way support feet at each corner, locking into a stable, continuous U-shaped bay that looks custom-built rather than three separate backdrops.

Why choose the U over the two-wall corner?

The U gives you three branded sides instead of two — more graphic coverage and a more enclosed, defined booth space. It's the step up when you want your brand surrounding visitors, while keeping the same budget-friendly, tool-free system.

How heavy is it, and can one person manage it?

Each of the three wall kits is roughly 10–12kg including the bag and fabric, and packs into its own soft carry bag. It's a comfortable one-person lift per kit — no freight or forklift needed.

Single or double-sided printing?

The standard package is single-sided with a neutral white reverse. Choose the Double-Sided Print variant if the back of any wall will be seen.

Do I need tools to set it up?

No. The snap-button aluminium tubing assembles tool-free — most exhibitors have the U standing in about 15 minutes.

Will the fabric show glare in photos?

No. The dye-sublimated tension fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead light instead of reflecting it — your booth photographs crisp and clean.

Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?

Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use — when your branding changes, just order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We'll email a digital artwork proof for approval before production begins.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.

No tools are required. Most people can assemble the Haven in approximately 15 minutes.

1. Unpack all three wall kits from their soft carry bags and lay the sections out.
2. Assemble each straight wall frame by connecting the snap-button aluminium tubes until they lock into place.
3. Join the walls into a U using the corner connectors at each corner, and fit the flush-mount end feet and two-way support feet for stability.
4. Slide each tension fabric graphic over its frame and zip it closed at the base for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.
5. If purchased, fit the LED spotlights and position your add-on counter.
6. Set the U within your booth with the open side facing the aisle.
