Is single or double-sided printing included?

The standard package includes single-sided printing with a white reverse. If you require graphics to be visible from both sides, simply select the Double-Sided Print upgrade when ordering.

How do I clean the fabric graphics?

The fabric graphics are machine washable.

• Cold gentle wash
• Mild detergent only
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry on low heat
• Ensure the graphics are completely dry before storage

For the best finish, refit the graphics while they are still slightly damp to help remove any minor creases.

How does the display pack down for transport?

The display dismantles into compact components that pack neatly inside the podium transport case, making it easy to transport, store and protect between events. Please refer to the Specifications tab for packed dimensions and total weight.

Do I need any tools to assemble the stand?

No. The lightweight aluminium snap-tube frame is designed for fast, tool-free assembly using push-button connections.

Are the fabric graphics wrinkle-resistant?

Yes. The premium 250gsm polyester tension fabric is wrinkle-resistant and designed to deliver a smooth, professional appearance once fitted to the frame.

Can I reuse the frame with new graphics?

Absolutely. The aluminium frame is designed for repeated use. When you update your branding, simply order replacement fabric graphics and continue using your existing frame.

Will I receive a design proof before printing?

Yes. We'll email you a digital artwork proof for approval before production begins, ensuring all artwork, colours and positioning are approved before printing.

How do the frame sections connect?

Each aluminium tube section is clearly labelled and connects using secure push-button and spigot fittings, making assembly quick, simple and stable.

What warranty is included?

The aluminium frame and hardware are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover printed graphics or damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.

No tools are required. Most people can assemble the 3x3 Fabric Tube Exhibition Stand – Elite in approximately 15–20 minutes.

1. Unpack all frame sections, graphics and accessories from the podium transport case.
2. Assemble the aluminium snap-tube frames by connecting each section until the push-buttons lock securely into place.
3. Slide the tension fabric graphics over each frame and zip them closed to create a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.
4. Assemble the podium counter by fitting the graphic wrap and countertop.
5. Attach the display shelf, TV mount and any optional accessories, such as LED spotlights.
6. Position the display within your exhibition booth and make any final adjustments before your event begins.
