What does the L arch corner return do?
It turns the end of the wall. The tower is 1m wide and returns 2.3m at right angles, so instead of a flat six-metre wall that stops at the boundary, your stand has two faces - one to the front and one down the side aisle. It also gives the booth some enclosure, which makes it a space people step into rather than walk past. It's a return structure, not an opening you walk through.
Is the brochure holder included?
No - it appears in some of the photographs but it's sold separately. See our tablet and brochure stands, or call 1300 197 088 and we'll add one to your order.
Pivot or Axis - what's the difference?
Both use the same L-shaped media tower. On the Pivot it turns the corner at the end of the wall; on the Axis it sits centrally and holds the screen head-on at eye height, with an extra printed graphic and an extra spotlight. Pivot suits a corner booth or a stand approached from two directions; Axis suits a stand where the screen does the selling.
Are the chairs and furniture in the photos included?
No. The photographs are styled to show the stand in use, so any furniture you can see is display only and not part of the kit. What you receive is listed in full under What's Included. The television isn't included either; we supply the mount.
Can I get double-sided printing?
Worth asking about on this stand in particular. The corner return has an inside face that's seen by everyone standing in your booth, and an outside face seen from the side aisle. Call 1300 197 088 or email enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au and we'll quote it.
What size screen can I mount?
Televisions are not included. You get one mounting bracket rated for screens up to 23 inches. We can supply a bracket for a larger screen on request, but please ask before you buy the television. The fabric tube frames are built for light loads, and narrow panels such as 1m wide arch returns are not rated to carry a heavy screen. Call 1300 197 088, tell us the screen you have in mind and which panel you want it on, and we will tell you straight away whether it will work.
Only two spotlights - is that enough?
Two covers the main graphic areas. If your artwork is dark, or your booth sits under weak hall lighting, extra spotlights can be added - call 1300 197 088 and we'll work out how many you need.
Can one person set it up?
The wall, yes. The corner return is easier with two people. No tools are needed either way, and the whole stand travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.
How do the graphics attach?
Each printed graphic slips over its frame like a sleeve and zips closed at the base, pulling the fabric tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.
Will the fabric show glare in photos?
No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.
Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?
Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.
How is the fabric cleaned?
The 260gsm polyester fabric is machine washable - cold wash on a gentle cycle, or spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.
Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?
Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.
What warranty is included?
A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
