Six metres of brand, built by one person

A 6m x 3m booth is a serious spend, and most exhibitors fill it with a stand that needs a crew, a crate and a forklift. The Vantage doesn't. Two straight 1m panels and two inclined 2m panels join into one continuous 6m wall, the frames are bungee-corded aluminium that push together by hand, and the whole stand travels in soft nylon bags rather than a freight crate.

The inclined panels are what set it apart from a flat backwall. Their top edge slopes from 2.5m down to 2.3m, so the wall has shape and movement rather than reading as one flat slab - and the angle throws your graphics toward the aisle instead of straight ahead, catching people walking past rather than only those standing in front of it.

Because the graphics are matte dye-sublimated 260gsm polyester, they soak up harsh hall lighting instead of bouncing it back - your brand looks crisp in every phone photo taken at your stand, not washed out with glare.

Two counters, not one

A six-metre stand worked from a single counter funnels every visitor to one point, and in the busiest hour that costs you conversations. The Vantage ships with two, so you can staff both ends of the wall and let two people work at once. Add one screen where they look and four spotlights spread across the full six metres, and you have a stand built around what actually gets used. You pay for the stand you'll set up, not the one on the spec sheet.

Screen mounts are rated for televisions up to 23 inches. Brackets for larger screens are available on request, but talk to us first - not every panel is built to carry the extra weight, and narrow arch panels in particular are not rated for a heavy television.

Printing is single-sided with a neutral white reverse. Double-sided is available on request - call 1300 197 088.

Can I get double-sided printing?

The listed price is for single-sided printing with a neutral white reverse, which is what a standard inline booth needs - the back of the wall faces your neighbour's stand rather than the aisle. If your space is open on more than one side and the reverse will be seen, call 1300 197 088 or email enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au and we'll quote double-sided.

Can I add shelf stands?

Yes. Shelf stands are 28cm W x 50cm L x 90cm H and cost $119 inc GST per set - free-standing display shelves for product, samples or literature. They're an optional add-on rather than part of the kit, because plenty of stands don't need them. Call 1300 197 088 or email enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au and we'll add them to your order.

How many counters do I get?

Two. Each is a rectangle fabric display counter that assembles to 940mm W x 1000mm H x 455mm D and takes a printed fabric wrap, so you can put one at each end of the six-metre stand rather than funnelling every visitor to a single point. Two counters also means two people can work at once in the busy hour. If you want more, or a different shape, our fabric display counters can be added separately and match the same look.

Are the televisions included, and how big a screen can I hang?

Televisions are not included. You get 1 mounting bracket rated for screens up to 23 inches. There is one mount rather than two, because on a 6m inline stand one well-placed display does the job a second one duplicates. We can supply a bracket for a larger screen on request, but please ask before you buy the television. The fabric tube frames are built for light loads, and narrow panels such as 1m wide arch returns are not rated to carry a heavy screen. What are the inclined panels for?

They angle your graphics toward the aisle rather than straight ahead, so the stand catches people walking past instead of only those already standing in front of it. On a long inline booth that's where most of your traffic comes from.

Can one person really set it up?

Yes. The frames are bungee-corded aluminium tube that push together by hand and lock into place - no tools, no crew, no forklift. The whole stand travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.

Will the fabric show glare in photos?

No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.

Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?

Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.

How is the fabric cleaned?

Spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge, or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
