Can I get double-sided printing?

The listed price is for single-sided printing with a neutral white reverse, which is what a standard inline booth needs - the back of the wall faces your neighbour's stand rather than the aisle. If your space is open on more than one side and the reverse will be seen, call 1300 197 088 or email enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au and we'll quote double-sided.

Can I add shelf stands?

Yes. Shelf stands are 28cm W x 50cm L x 90cm H and cost $119 inc GST per set - free-standing display shelves for product, samples or literature. They're an optional add-on rather than part of the kit, because plenty of stands don't need them. Call 1300 197 088 or email enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au and we'll add them to your order.

How many counters do I get?

Two. Each is a rectangle fabric display counter that assembles to 940mm W x 1000mm H x 455mm D and takes a printed fabric wrap, so you can put one at each end of the six-metre stand rather than funnelling every visitor to a single point. Two counters also means two people can work at once in the busy hour. If you want more, or a different shape, our fabric display counters can be added separately and match the same look.

Are the televisions included, and how big a screen can I hang?

Televisions are not included. You get 1 mounting bracket rated for screens up to 23 inches. There is one mount rather than two, because on a 6m inline stand one well-placed display does the job a second one duplicates. We can supply a bracket for a larger screen on request, but please ask before you buy the television. The fabric tube frames are built for light loads, and narrow panels such as 1m wide arch returns are not rated to carry a heavy screen. What are the inclined panels for?

They angle your graphics toward the aisle rather than straight ahead, so the stand catches people walking past instead of only those already standing in front of it. On a long inline booth that's where most of your traffic comes from.

Can one person really set it up?

Yes. The frames are bungee-corded aluminium tube that push together by hand and lock into place - no tools, no crew, no forklift. The whole stand travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.

Will the fabric show glare in photos?

No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.

Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?

Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.

How is the fabric cleaned?

Spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge, or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
