Overview
The SEG Pop Up Counter is a tool-free, double-sided exhibition counter that sets up in minutes without a single tool. It's the same pop-up aluminium frame as our backlit counter, wrapped in the same custom-printed SEG silicone-edge fabric — just without the internal LED lighting or the power cord. A white worktop drops on top, giving you a real working surface for demos, samples, iPads or literature.
Same SEG fabric, wrapped on every side
Your custom-printed silicone-edge fabric (SEG) wraps the front, sides and back, so the counter looks finished from every direction — no blank panel facing the aisle.
Now available in two sizes
1000mm L × 1000mm H × 38mm D — the standard single counter. Ideal for a 3×3 booth, a reception desk, a sign-in point or anywhere floor space is tight.
2000mm L × 1000mm H × 38mm D — a full 2-metre service counter, built as two 1m modules that butt together into one continuous bench. Because it is two modules, you can also split it and run them as two separate 1m counters at different ends of the stand — or at two different shows.
When the show is over, everything packs down into a soft carry case — one case per module.

FAQ
What sizes does the SEG Pop Up Counter come in?
Two. The 1000mm L × 1000mm H counter is the standard single unit, and the 2000mm L × 1000mm H counter is a full 2-metre bench. Both are 1 metre high. The 38mm in the size refers to the thickness of the SEG frame profile, not the counter's footprint — each module stands roughly 1050mm wide × 355mm deep × 1050mm high once assembled, worktop included. Need a size that isn't listed? Call 1300 197 088 and we'll quote it.
Does it need power?
No. This is the non-illuminated version of our SEG Pop Up Counter — there's no LED system, so no power point, cord or electrician needed anywhere. Set it up wherever suits your stand.
How is the 2m counter built — is it one piece?
It's two 1m modules that butt together to read as one continuous 2m counter. You get two frames, two worktops, two sets of printed fabric and two carry cases. That's deliberate: it stays easy for one person to carry and set up, it fits through normal doorways, and you can split the pair into two standalone 1m counters whenever a stand layout calls for it.
Should I buy the 1m or the 2m?
Go 1m if you have one or two staff, a 3×3 booth, or you mainly need a branded point to greet people and hold an iPad. Go 2m if you're serving, sampling, demoing or registering people — you need the extra bench, and 2 metres of frontage reads as a considered stand rather than a table. If you're genuinely torn, buy the 2m: you can always run it as two 1m counters, but you can't make a 1m counter longer.
Is the 2m cheaper than buying two 1m counters?
Yes. The 2m set is priced below two separate 1m counters, so if you think you'll eventually want a second counter, buying the 2m up front is the cheaper path.
Does it come with a benchtop, or is that extra?
Included. Every counter ships with a worktop — one for the 1m, two for the 2m. Nothing to buy separately.
Is the back printed, or is it blank?
Printed. The graphic wraps the front, both sides and the back, so the counter looks finished from every direction. Handy when your counter sits in an aisle or in the middle of a stand rather than against a wall.
How do I attach the SEG fabric to the frame?
It's quick and tool-free. The printed fabric has a silicone strip sewn around its edge, and the aluminium frame has a channel running around it. You press the silicone edge into the channel by hand, working around the frame, and it pulls the graphic tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.
How long does it take to set up?
Minutes, by one person. The pop-up frame expands, the fabric presses into the channel and the worktop drops on. No tools, no screws, no connectors.
Can I change the graphic later?
Yes. The frame is the investment; the print is the cheap part. Order a replacement printed fabric whenever you rebrand or run a new campaign and push it into the same frame. Contact us and we'll print to your new artwork.
Do you print to my design, and do I get a proof first?
Yes. Every graphic is custom printed to your own artwork by dye-sublimation. We send a proof before we print so you can sign off on layout, colour and sizing — nothing goes to production until you're happy. Email artwork to enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au.
How long does it take to make?
7–8 working days from artwork approval, plus freight. Tell us your event date when you order and we'll confirm delivery before you pay — or call 1300 197 088 if it's urgent and we'll work to your deadline.
Can it be used outdoors?
No — it's an indoor display. The frame and fabric graphic aren't built for weather or wind. Use it for trade shows, expos, showrooms, retail, foyers and indoor events.
Can I clean the fabric if it gets marked?
Spot-clean gently with cold water and a damp sponge, then dry in the shade — not in direct sun or a dryer. Reinsert the fabric into the frame while slightly damp to pull out any creases.
How does it travel and store?
Each module packs into its own soft carry case — frame, folded fabric and worktop. One case for the 1m, two for the 2m. One person can move it.
What's the difference between this and the backlit SEG Pop Up Counter?
Same frame, same fabric, same footprint — this version simply has no LED lighting inside, so it's lighter, needs no power point, and costs less. If you want your counter lit up on the show floor, our backlit SEG Pop Up Counter is the same product with a full curtain LED built in.
