At head height, an exhibition hall is a wall of people. The Beacon is built for that: a 0.8m header banner sits above the stand where it clears the crowd, so your name is readable from three aisles away rather than only once someone is standing in front of you.

Below it, a 2.4m centre panel carries the hero graphic and two 1.5m side panels angle outward, throwing your brand toward the traffic on both sides instead of straight ahead. It's a shape that works whether people approach from the left, the right or head-on.

The frames are bungee-corded aluminium tube that push together by hand, and the whole stand travels in soft nylon bags. No crew, no crate, no forklift - one person can have it standing before the hall opens.

The fabric is matte dye-sublimated 260gsm polyester, so it soaks up harsh overhead lighting instead of bouncing it back. Your brand photographs crisp rather than washed out with glare.

Which 6m stand?

The Beacon is the one to choose when you need to be found in a big hall - the header banner does work no wall-mounted graphic can. The Crest is a clean straight wall with a raised centre and a 32 inch screen mount, best when a screen or one hero graphic is doing the selling. The Vantage fills the full six metres with four panels for the widest possible graphic run.

What is the header banner for?

It's a 0.8m wide by 0.3m high printed banner mounted above the centre panel. At head height an exhibition hall is a wall of people, so a graphic at eye level is only readable once someone is close. The header sits above the crowd, which is what makes your name findable from several aisles away.

The booth is 6m but the panels add up to 5.4m - why?

That's deliberate. A 2.4m centre panel with two 1.5m angled wings spans 5.4m, leaving clearance at each end of a 6m allotment. Exhibition halls rarely give you a clean flat six metres to work with - there are neighbouring stands, service poles and walkway rules - and the gap gives you room to place a counter, a tower or storage without crowding the wall.

Beacon, Crest or Vantage - which should I choose?

Beacon if being found in a big hall is the problem - the header banner works above the crowd. Crest if a screen or one hero graphic is doing the selling - it's a clean straight wall with a 32 inch screen mount. Vantage if you want the widest possible graphic run - four panels filling the full six metres.

Is a TV mount included?

No - it's an optional add-on at $89 inc GST and supports screens up to 23 inches. Plenty of stands don't run a screen, so we don't build the cost into the kit. Call 1300 197 088 and we'll add one to your order.

Can I add shelf stands?

Can I get double-sided printing?

The listed price is for single-sided printing with a neutral white reverse, which is what a standard inline booth needs - the back of the wall faces your neighbour's stand rather than the aisle. If your space is open on more than one side, call 1300 197 088 or email enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au and we'll quote double-sided.

Do the spotlights need special power?

No. The four spotlights clamp to the frame and plug into a standard power point - no electrician and no special supply needed.

Can one person really set it up?

Yes. The frames are bungee-corded aluminium tube that push together by hand and lock into place - no tools, no crew, no forklift. The whole stand travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.

How do the graphics attach?

Each printed graphic slips over its frame like a sleeve and zips closed at the base, pulling the fabric tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.

Will the fabric show glare in photos?

No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.

Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?

Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.

How is the fabric cleaned?

The 260gsm polyester fabric is machine washable - cold wash on a gentle cycle, or spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
