What is the media tower?
A freestanding fabric tower at the centre of the stand, 1m wide and 2.3m high with a 2.3m depth, that carries the TV mount at eye level and a shelf stand either side. It's what makes this stand different - the screen is a designed-in feature rather than something hung off the end of a wall.
Why is a central screen better than one on the wall?
Two reasons. It sits where people are already looking as they approach, rather than off to one side. And it doesn't punch a hole through the artwork you paid to print - on a wall-mounted setup the screen usually lands in the middle of your main graphic.
Are the chairs and furniture in the photos included?
No. The photographs are styled to show the stand in use, so any furniture you can see is display only and not part of the kit. What you receive is listed in full under What's Included. The television isn't included either; we supply the mount.
What size screen can I mount?
Televisions are not included. You get one mounting bracket rated for screens up to 32 inches, which is the standard across our whole 6m range. We can supply a bracket for a larger screen on request, but please ask before you buy the television. The fabric tube frames are built for light loads, and narrow panels such as 1m wide arch returns are not rated to carry a heavy screen. Why is this the most expensive stand in the range?
Because it has the most in it - four wall sections rather than three, six printed graphics, the media tower, two counters and two shelf stands. If you don't need the central tower, Cascade and Ascent give you two counters and two screens on a shaped wall for less.
Can I add a tablet or brochure holder?
Yes - see our tablet and brochure stands. They're ordered separately so you only pay for one if your stand needs it.
Can I get double-sided printing?
The listed price is for single-sided printing with a neutral white reverse. Worth asking about for the media tower in particular - it stands proud of the wall, so its sides and back are visible from within the stand. Call 1300 197 088 and we'll quote it.
Do the spotlights need special power?
No. The three spotlights clamp to the frame and plug into a standard power point - no electrician and no special supply needed.
Can one person set it up?
The walls, yes. The media tower is easier with two people, and you'll want a second pair of hands to fit the screen. No tools are needed, and everything travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.
How do the graphics attach?
Each printed graphic slips over its frame like a sleeve and zips closed at the base, pulling the fabric tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.
Will the fabric show glare in photos?
No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.
Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?
Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.
How is the fabric cleaned?
The 260gsm polyester fabric is machine washable - cold wash on a gentle cycle, or spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.
Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?
Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.
What warranty is included?
A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
