Will 3.2m be allowed at my venue?
Check before you order. Many Australian venues cap inline stand height at around 2.5m to 3m, and some allow more. Ask your show organiser what your booth is permitted, or call 1300 197 088 and we'll help you confirm. This is the one question worth answering before you buy - a tower you can't put up is an expensive lesson.
Why a tall tower instead of a taller wall?
Because height only needs to carry one thing - your name. A 1m wide tower at 3.2m puts that above the row of stands either side of you, and it does it on a footprint you'd barely notice. Making the whole wall taller would cost far more in fabric and frame for no extra visibility, since nobody reads detail at that height anyway.
Are the chairs and furniture in the photos included?
No. The photographs are styled to show the stand in use, so any furniture you can see - chairs, tables, stools - is display only and not part of the kit. What you receive is listed in full under What's Included. The television isn't included either; we supply the mount.
Why five spotlights?
Four across the wall and one for the tower. Exhibition halls are lit for safety rather than for your graphics, so an unlit stand looks flat next to a lit one - and the tower in particular is wasted if it's in shadow above the hall lighting.
Two counters but only one screen and one shelf stand - why?
The two counters let two people work without queueing, which is the part that costs you leads. A second screen and second shelf stand are useful less often, so they're not built into the price. If you want them, the Meridian and Ascent include both, or we can add them to this order - call 1300 197 088.
Is the tower stable at that height?
Yes, indoors. It uses the same steel-based bungee-corded frame as the rest of the stand and is light for its size. It isn't built for exposed outdoor positions or windy sites.
Can I get double-sided printing?
The listed price is for single-sided printing with a neutral white reverse. Worth asking about for the tower in particular - at 3.2m it's visible from behind and from the aisles either side, so a blank reverse is a missed opportunity. Call 1300 197 088 and we'll quote it.
Can I add a tablet or brochure holder?
Yes - see our tablet and brochure stands. They're ordered separately so you only pay for one if your stand needs it.
Can one person set it up?
The wall, yes. The 3.2m tower is easier with two people - one to steady it while the top sections lock in. No tools are needed either way, and the whole stand travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.
How do the graphics attach?
Each printed graphic slips over its frame like a sleeve and zips closed at the base, pulling the fabric tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.
Will the fabric show glare in photos?
No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.
Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?
Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.
How is the fabric cleaned?
The 260gsm polyester fabric is machine washable - cold wash on a gentle cycle, or spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.
Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?
Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.
What warranty is included?
A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
