What does the curved centre panel look like?
It's a 2.5m wide fabric panel whose top edge curves between 2.3m and 2.5m instead of running flat. Your supplier's name for this is a rampant arch panel - but it isn't an opening and you don't walk through it. It's a solid printed panel with a shaped top, and it takes up the same floor space as a straight one.
Why is the centre panel wider than the sides?
So there's somewhere obvious to look. A wall of equal panels gives a visitor no focal point. Making the centre wider, taller and a different shape means it takes the eye by default - which is where your hero image or headline should be.
Where do the screens mount?
On the two straight side panels, which keeps the curved centre graphic uninterrupted. Worth knowing when you plan artwork - on a lot of stands the screen ends up punched through the middle of the image you paid to print.
Are the chairs and furniture in the photos included?
No. The photographs are styled to show the stand in use, so any furniture you can see - chairs, tables, stools - is display only and not part of the kit. What you receive is listed in full under What's Included. The televisions aren't included either; we supply the mounts.
Why two counters and two screens?
So your stand doesn't bottleneck. In the busiest hour of a show, a single counter means your second visitor waits or leaves. Two stations let two people work at once - one taking details while the other runs a demo. If you exhibit solo, one of our single-counter stands costs less and gives you everything you'll actually use.
Meridian or Ascent - what's the difference?
Same kit, different shape. Meridian has one wide curved panel in the centre with straight walls either side, which concentrates attention on a single hero graphic. Ascent curves on both sides instead, giving a peaked outline across the whole stand. Choose Meridian if one image is doing the work; choose Ascent if you want the silhouette itself to be the attention-getter.
What size screens can I mount?
Up to 23 inches on each of the two mounts. The mounts are included and fix to the panel frame - no floor space needed. Bring your own screens; we supply the mounts.
Can I add a tablet or brochure holder?
Yes - see our tablet and brochure stands. They're ordered separately so you only pay for one if your stand needs it. Call 1300 197 088 and we'll match it to your kit.
Can I get double-sided printing?
The listed price is for single-sided printing with a neutral white reverse, which is what a standard inline booth needs - the back of the wall faces your neighbour's stand rather than the aisle. Do the spotlights need special power?
No. The four spotlights clamp to the frame and plug into a standard power point - no electrician and no special supply needed.
Can one person set it up?
Yes. The frames are bungee-corded aluminium tube that push together by hand and lock into place - no tools, no crew, no forklift. The curved-top panel goes up the same way as the straight ones. Everything travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.
How do the graphics attach?
Each printed graphic slips over its frame like a sleeve and zips closed at the base, pulling the fabric tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.
Will the fabric show glare in photos?
No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.
Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?
Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.
How is the fabric cleaned?
The 260gsm polyester fabric is machine washable - cold wash on a gentle cycle, or spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.
Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?
Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.
What warranty is included?
A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
