Two conversations at once

The busiest hour of a trade show is the one where you lose leads. One counter, one screen, and a second visitor stands waiting - or walks. The Duo is built so that doesn't happen: two counters, two screens and two shelf stands, spread across a clean six-metre wall so your stand works as two stations rather than one queue.

It's also the fastest build in the 6m range. Every panel is straight and every panel is 2.3m, so there's no order to work out and no tall section to wrestle. One person can have the wall up before the hall opens; two people can have the whole stand dressed.

That flat wall is worth thinking about rather than apologising for. Six metres of uninterrupted 2.3m graphic is the biggest single canvas in the range - if you have one strong image or a message that needs room, nothing else here gives it more space.

The fabric is matte dye-sublimated 260gsm polyester, so it soaks up harsh overhead lighting instead of bouncing it back. Your brand photographs crisp rather than washed out with glare.

Which 6m stand?

Duo is the one for a two-person team running two screens. Contour also has two counters but trades the second screen for 2.9m curved towers, if height and shape matter more to you. Crown puts a canopy over a product display. Beacon uses a header banner to be found in a big hall. Crest and Vantage cost less if you only need one counter.

Screen mounts are rated for televisions up to 23 inches. Brackets for larger screens are available on request, but talk to us first - not every panel is built to carry the extra weight, and narrow arch panels in particular are not rated for a heavy television.

Printing is single-sided with a neutral white reverse. Double-sided is available on request - call 1300 197 088.

Why two counters and two screens?

So your stand doesn't bottleneck. In the busiest hour of a show, a single counter means your second visitor waits or leaves. Two stations let two people work at once - one taking details while the other runs a demo. If you exhibit solo, one of our single-counter stands costs less and gives you everything you'll actually use.

Are the chairs and furniture in the photos included?

No. The photographs are styled to show the stand in use, so any furniture you can see - chairs, tables, stools - is display only and not part of the kit. What you receive is listed in full under What's Included. The televisions aren't included either; we supply the mounts.

The wall is flat - doesn't that look plain?

It looks like whatever you print on it. A flat 2.3m run is the biggest single canvas in our 6m range, which suits one strong image or a message that needs room to breathe. If you'd rather the stand itself had shape, look at the Contour with its 2.9m curved towers or the Crown with its canopy - same idea, different way of getting attention.

How wide is the wall exactly?

The three panels span 5.4m - 2.4m plus two at 1.5m - inside a 6m booth allotment. The clearance at each end is useful: it gives you somewhere to put a counter, a fabric tower or storage without crowding the graphics.

What size screens can I mount?

Televisions are not included. You get 2 mounting brackets rated for screens up to 23 inches. We can supply a bracket for a larger screen on request, but please ask before you buy the television. The fabric tube frames are built for light loads, and narrow panels such as 1m wide arch returns are not rated to carry a heavy screen. Can I add a tablet or brochure holder?

Yes - see our tablet and brochure stands. They're ordered separately so you only pay for one if your stand needs it. Call 1300 197 088 and we'll match it to your kit.

Can I get double-sided printing?

The listed price is for single-sided printing with a neutral white reverse, which is what a standard inline booth needs - the back of the wall faces your neighbour's stand rather than the aisle. Do the spotlights need special power?

No. The four spotlights clamp to the frame and plug into a standard power point - no electrician and no special supply needed.

Can one person set it up?

Yes, and this is the easiest one to do alone - every panel is straight and every panel is the same height, so there's no order to work out and nothing tall to wrestle. No tools needed, and it all travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.

How do the graphics attach?

Each printed graphic slips over its frame like a sleeve and zips closed at the base, pulling the fabric tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.

Will the fabric show glare in photos?

No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.

Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?

Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.

How is the fabric cleaned?

The 260gsm polyester fabric is machine washable - cold wash on a gentle cycle, or spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
