Most portable stands are flat because flat is easy. The Contour isn't. A curved tower stands at each end rising to 2.9m, with two angled panels forming the wall between them - so the booth has a silhouette and depth from every approach. It's the look of a custom-built stand, assembled by hand in an afternoon.

At 2.9m the towers clear the crowd. In a hall where everyone else is working at 2.3m to 2.5m, that extra height is what gets you noticed from the far end of an aisle - and it costs you nothing in rigging, crates or labour, because the frames are the same bungee-corded aluminium tube that pushes together by hand.

The fabric is matte dye-sublimated 260gsm polyester, so it soaks up harsh overhead lighting instead of bouncing it back. Your brand photographs crisp rather than washed out with glare.

Built for a two-person stand

This is the one 6m kit we build with two counters rather than one. If you're working the stand with a colleague, two counters give you a reception point and a demo point instead of a queue at a single desk - and the two shelf stands come included rather than as an add-on, so there's somewhere to put product and literature from the moment you open.

Which 6m stand?

Contour is the most finished of the four - curved, tall, and equipped for two people. Beacon uses a header banner to be found in a big hall. Crest is the simplest and the one to pick if a 32 inch screen is doing the selling. Vantage gives you the widest uninterrupted graphic run across the full six metres.

Are the chairs and table in the photos included?

No. The photographs are styled to show the stand in use, so any furniture you can see - chairs, tables, stools - is not part of the kit. What you receive is listed in full under What's Included. The television isn't included either; we supply the mount.

Why are the curved panels 2.9m when the rest are 2.5m?

That's the point of them. The two curved towers rise higher than the side walls, so the stand has a silhouette rather than a flat top line - and at 2.9m your brand clears the crowd in a busy hall. Check your venue's height limit before ordering; most allow 2.9m in an inline booth, but a few cap lower.

Why does this kit have two counters when your other 6m stands have one?

Because this one is built for a two-person stand. Two counters give you a reception point and a demo point rather than a queue at a single desk. If you work your stand solo, the Vantage or Crest costs less and gives you the counter you'll actually use.

Are the shelf stands included?

Yes - two of them, 28cm W x 50cm L x 90cm H, at no extra cost. On our other 6m kits they're a paid add-on; on the Contour they come as standard.

Can I add a tablet or brochure holder?

Yes - see our tablet and brochure stands. They're ordered separately so you only pay for one if your stand needs it. Call 1300 197 088 and we'll match it to your kit.

Can I get double-sided printing?

The listed price is for single-sided printing with a neutral white reverse, which is what a standard inline booth needs - the back of the wall faces your neighbour's stand rather than the aisle. Do the spotlights need special power?

No. The four spotlights clamp to the frame and plug into a standard power point - no electrician and no special supply needed.

Can one person set it up?

Yes, though the 2.9m curved towers are easier with a second pair of hands at the top. The frames are bungee-corded aluminium tube that push together without tools, and everything travels in soft nylon bags rather than a crate.

How do the graphics attach?

Each printed graphic slips over its frame like a sleeve and zips closed at the base, pulling the fabric tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.

Will the fabric show glare in photos?

No. The dye-sublimated fabric is matte by design, so it absorbs harsh overhead hall lighting instead of reflecting it. Your booth photographs crisp and clean.

Can I reuse the frames with new graphics?

Yes. The aluminium frames are built for repeated use - when your branding changes, order replacement graphic skins and keep the frames. It's a fraction of the cost of a new stand.

How is the fabric cleaned?

The 260gsm polyester fabric is machine washable - cold wash on a gentle cycle, or spot-clean with cold water and a damp sponge. Dry in the shade, not in a dryer or direct sun, and refit while slightly damp to pull out creases.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We email a digital proof for approval before production begins - nothing goes to print until you're happy.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.
