Can I lay this out to suit my booth?
Yes, and you should. Every panel is a separate unit, so the two 4m walls, four arches and two pillars can be set out as a corner, an L, a peninsula or a partly open island depending on which sides of your booth face an aisle. Send us your floor plan before you order and we will set it out against your actual space.
Why fifteen graphics?
Two 4m walls, two pillars, four arch panels, three headers, three counters and the iPad stand. Every surface on the stand is printed and no bare aluminium shows anywhere. On a 6m x 6m booth that is the difference between looking finished and looking half-built from across the hall.
How tall is it, and will it fit my venue?
The two pillars are 3m. The arch panels are 2.4m and the 4m walls are 2.3m. Plenty of Australian halls cap stand height below 3m, so check your exhibitor manual before you order. If your limit is lower, call 1300 197 088 - the pillars are separate units and there are options.
Are the counters really the travel cases?
Yes. The two rectangle counters convert into the cases the stand travels in. You are not paying to freight empty crates, and there is nothing bulky to store in your warehouse between shows. Everything else goes into soft nylon bags.
Are the televisions included, and how big a screen can I hang?
Televisions are not included. Two of the four arch panels come with a mounting bracket rated for screens up to 32 inches. We can supply a bracket for a larger screen on request, but please ask before you buy the television. The arch panels are only a metre wide and are not rated to carry a heavy screen. Is the iPad stand included?
Yes. On this kit the iPad stand with brochure holder is part of the package, 0.4m wide x 1.2m high, and it gets its own printed graphic. On our smaller stands it is a paid add-on.
Is furniture included?
No. Tables, chairs, stools and any props shown in the photos are not part of the package. The three counters are included. Most venues hire furniture on site and it is usually cheaper than freighting your own.
Is lighting included?
No. Unlike our 6m x 3m stands, this kit does not include spotlights. On a booth this size lighting is worth planning properly rather than adding a standard pair, so we quote it against your layout. Ask us when you order.
Why three counters?
Because on a 6m x 6m stand one counter creates a queue. Two rectangle counters plus a triangle counter with a rack stand gives you three staffed points - reception, product, and somewhere to hand things over - so visitors are not waiting behind each other to talk to you.
How long does it take to put up?
Two to three people, roughly three hours, no tools. It is the biggest kit we sell. Raise the 3m pillars first while you have clear floor space, then bring in the walls and the arch panels. Pack-down is faster.
Should I print both sides?
On a 6m x 6m booth, usually yes. Island and peninsula stands are walked around, so panels that would have a white back on an inline stand are on show here. Single-sided with a white reverse is the standard, and double-sided is quoted on request.
Can I run it in a smaller booth?
Yes. The panels are independent, so you can run one 4m wall with two arches as a 6m inline stand and leave the rest in the bags. A lot of customers buy at this size precisely so they can scale down for the smaller shows on their calendar.
Can I change the artwork for the next show?
Yes. The aluminium frames last for years and the graphics are the consumable. Reprint the whole set, or just the headers, when your message changes. Reprinting three headers is a cheap way to run a show-specific campaign on an otherwise unchanged stand.
How do I clean and store the graphics?
Machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron directly. With fifteen pieces, label each bag as you pack - it saves an hour at the next bump-in. Creases drop out once the fabric is tensioned on the frame.
What is the lead time?
10 working days from artwork approval, plus freight. With fifteen graphics to design and approve, the artwork stage is usually what decides whether you make your show date - start it early. Call 1300 197 088 if the date is tight and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
What artwork do you need?
We send print-ready templates once you order, one per panel. Supply PDF or AI files in CMYK with fonts outlined. Our team checks every file before printing and will come back to you if anything needs fixing.
What is the warranty?
12 months on the aluminium hardware frames. Printed graphics are excluded, as they are custom made to your artwork.
