Can I light the arch?

Yes — add a pair of LED spotlights as an optional upgrade. They wash the arch and graphics so the booth reads brightly even in dim halls.

What size screen fits the monitor pillar?

The pillar takes a bracket-mounted monitor at eye level for looping film, demos or a live feed. Tell us your screen size and we'll confirm the fit before you order.

Why an arch instead of a taller flat wall?

A flat wall just gets taller; an arch gets noticed. The curve and open threshold create a sense of arrival that pulls people in rather than past — the whole reason to invest in a hero booth.

Is single or double-sided printing included?

The standard package includes single-sided printing with a white reverse. Double-sided fabric graphics are available as an optional upgrade.

How do I clean the fabric graphics?

Machine washable — cold gentle wash, mild detergent only, do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat. Store only when completely dry. For best appearance, refit while slightly damp to remove minor wrinkles.

Can I reuse the frame with new graphics?

Yes. The aluminium frame is built for repeated use — order replacement graphics when your branding changes and keep the frame.

Will I receive an artwork proof before printing?

Yes. We'll email a digital artwork proof for approval before production begins.

What warranty is included?

A 12-month manufacturer's warranty covers the aluminium frame and hardware against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover printed graphics, accidental damage or normal wear.

No tools are required. Most people can assemble the Gateway in approximately 15–20 minutes.

1. Unpack all frame sections, graphics and accessories from the transport case and carry bags.
2. Assemble the arch entry frame by connecting the aluminium snap-tube sections until the push-buttons lock securely into place, then raise it.
3. Assemble the monitor pillar / tower kiosk frame in the same way.
4. Slide each tension fabric graphic over its frame and zip it closed at the base for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.
5. Fit the monitor bracket to the pillar and mount your screen if required.
6. Unfold the transport case into the podium counter, add optional LED spotlights to wash the arch if purchased, and position the display facing the main aisle.
