Collection: 3x3 Fabric Tube Exhibition Stands

Two limits apply, and the one that catches people out is the organiser's, not the venue's.

ICC Sydney allows up to 5m in Halls 1–4. MCEC allows 5m in its exhibition halls. But individual shows set a lower default — Fine Food Australia, for example, caps stands at 2.5m at MCEC unless you get the organiser's written permission.

Our 3x3 stands run from 2.2m to 3m finished height depending on the design. At 2.4m or under you'll clear almost any organiser's standard height with nothing to submit. Above 2.5m, expect to ask the organiser first — usually straightforward, but worth doing early rather than on bump-in morning.

Both use the same frame system and the same tensioned fabric. The difference is what each costs you inside the booth.

Choose straight if you want every millimetre of graphic. A straight wall sits flat against the back of the booth, so the full width is usable and nothing eats into your floor. It's also the easier option for artwork, and the right call when the stand is going behind a counter, a reception desk or a presentation area.

Choose curved if visitors will approach from more than one side. A curve reads well on an angle, which makes it strong for corner and island positions where a flat wall only works from directly in front. The trade-off is floor space — the curve bows inward, and in a 3x3 that's space you've paid for.

Artwork on curved stands isn't a problem: we compensate the print for the curve before it goes on the machine, so logos and text land where your designer put them rather than stretching at the edges.

Corner or L-shape if you're on a corner and want to catch traffic from two aisles. U-shape if you want an enclosed, branded space visitors step into. Panoramic if you have one big message and want maximum uninterrupted graphic. Inline for a standard back-wall booth. Media if you need an integrated TV mount. Counter if you need a service or sign-in point built in.

We custom-build to suit. Many venues allocate booths slightly under the nominal size, and some shells have pillars or service boxes that change the usable width.
