Two limits apply, and the one that catches people out is the organiser's, not the venue's.

ICC Sydney allows up to 5m in Halls 1–4. MCEC allows 5m in its exhibition halls. But individual shows set a lower default — Fine Food Australia, for example, caps stands at 2.5m at MCEC unless you get the organiser's written permission.

Our 6x6 stands run from 2.3m up to 4.2m for the tallest towers. That's within the venue limit, but anything above the organiser's default needs their approval, and for a large custom build expect to submit stand plans with your application. Some shows also require any wall above 2.5m to be finished on both sides so it looks presentable from neighbouring stands.

Usually, yes. On an island booth people walk all the way around, so the back of every wall is on show.

Our stands come single-sided as standard, with a plain white reverse. That works for a wall whose back faces into your own stand. For any wall whose back faces an aisle or a neighbour, choose double-sided printing so your brand shows from every direction — and so you meet shows that require tall walls to be finished on both sides.

Double-sided is available on request. Tell us which walls face out and we'll quote it.

Choose the column tower if you want a landmark visible from across the hall. The circular island gives you a branded overhead header that people spot from every direction. The four-arch pavilion creates an open space visitors walk straight into. The four-screen island is built for exhibitors running video or live demos on multiple screens.

Yes. Several 6x6 layouts include TV mounts, and the four-screen island is built around four. Tell us how many screens and counters you need, and the size and weight of each screen, and we'll confirm the layout suits before you order.

Approximately 10–12 working days from artwork approval, plus freight, which varies by state. Every stand is made to order in Australia. Tell us your event date when you enquire and we'll confirm delivery before you pay.

No. These stands are designed for indoor use — exhibitions, trade shows, expos, conferences and showrooms. For outdoor events, see our outdoor display range.

We custom-build to suit. Many venues allocate space slightly under the nominal size, and some halls have pillars or service points that change the usable area.
