Does the square banner need rigging?
Yes. The 3m square banner is a hanging sign, suspended overhead, and it needs to be rigged by the venue. Rigging is charged separately by most Australian venues and a few halls do not allow hanging signs at all, so check your exhibitor manual before you order. If rigging is not available or not in budget, our Halo carries its overhead banner on its own pillars instead.
Why four screens?
Because on an island booth a visitor can arrive from four directions and one screen only faces one of them. Each of the four arches carries its own mount, so there is always something running in front of whoever walks in. Run the same loop on all four for one message across the floor, or split them - product video, live pricing, case study, booking form.
Are the televisions included, and how big a screen can I hang?
Televisions are not included. You get four mounting brackets rated for screens up to 32 inches. We can supply brackets for larger screens on request, but ask before you buy the televisions - the arch panels are a metre wide and are not rated to carry a heavy screen. Is the centre tower six-sided or eight-sided?
Eight-sided. It stands 1m wide, 1m deep and 3m high and is printed on every face, so the middle of the booth is branded from any angle rather than being dead space.
How many counters do I get?
Four. Two triangle counters with rack stands, each 1.8m wide by 1m high, for literature and product within reach. Plus two rectangle counters as staffed reception points. Running four screens means four conversations at once, and one counter would create a queue.
Are the counters really the travel cases?
The two rectangle counters convert into the cases the stand travels in. You are not freighting empty crates and you have nothing bulky to store between shows. Everything else goes into soft nylon bags.
Is lighting included?
Yes - four spotlights come in the kit. This is the only 6m x 6m stand we ship with lighting included rather than quoted separately. Additional spotlights are available if your layout needs them.
Is furniture included?
No. Tables, chairs, stools and any props shown in the photos are not part of the package. The four counters and the two brochure stands are included. Most venues hire furniture on site and it is usually cheaper than freighting your own.
How tall is it, and will it fit my venue?
The arches and the centre tower are 3m, with the banner suspended above that. Many Australian halls cap stand height below 3m, and overhead elements are restricted more often again. Send us your exhibitor manual before you order and we will check both limits with you.
How long does it take to put up?
Two to three people, roughly three hours for the ground-level stand, no tools. The hanging banner is fitted by the venue rigging crew and that usually happens before the rest of the stand goes up, so book your rigging slot early in bump-in.
Should I print both sides?
On an island booth, usually yes. Every panel is walked around, so a white reverse is on show to half the room. Single-sided with a white reverse is the standard and double-sided is quoted on request.
Can I run it in a smaller booth?
Partly. Every element is a separate unit, so you can run the centre tower with one or two arches at a smaller show and leave the rest in the bags. The hanging banner needs the full island footprint and the rigging to go with it.
Can I change the artwork for the next show?
Yes. The aluminium frames last for years and the graphics are the consumable. Reprinting the banner and the tower alone will make the stand read as new from a distance without touching the rest of the set.
How do I clean and store the graphics?
Machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron directly. Label each cotton bag as you pack - with ten pieces it saves time at the next bump-in. Creases drop out once the fabric is tensioned on the frame.
What is the lead time?
10 working days from artwork approval, plus freight. With ten graphics to design and approve, the artwork stage usually decides whether you make your show date. Call 1300 197 088 if the date is tight and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
What is the warranty?
12 months on the aluminium hardware frames. Printed graphics are excluded, as they are custom made to your artwork.
