3D Fabric Column Display

The 3D Fabric Column Display is a 3m-tall printed column with 40cm of depth. Unlike a flat banner, it reads as a solid object, so it holds attention from the aisle and from an angle, not just head-on.

It is built for trade shows, conferences, university open days, council events, foyers and product launches. Stand one at a booth entrance, put a pair either side of a stage or media wall, or use it as wayfinding in a large venue.

Choose non-backlit for a clean matte print with no power needed, or backlit for LED lighting inside the column, so your graphic glows rather than relying on the hall lighting. The optional curved header sits on top of the column and adds height and a finished look. It carries no graphic and is not lit.

What is the 3D Fabric Column Display used for?

It is a freestanding printed column for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, foyers and events. The 40cm depth makes it read as a solid object, so it works as a landmark at a booth entrance, a pair framing a stage, or a wayfinding marker.

How tall is it, and will my venue allow it?

The column is 3m high. The optional header sits on top and adds extra height. Many Australian shell scheme halls cap stand height at 2.4m or 2.5m, so check your exhibitor manual before you order. Send it to us and we will read it with you.

What is the difference between backlit and non-backlit?

Non-backlit uses 260gsm matte polyester fabric and needs no power. Backlit uses translucent lightbox fabric with LED lighting inside the column, so the graphic glows. The header is not lit on either version.

Does the backlit version need an electrician?

No. It plugs into a standard 240V power point. Tell us where the power is on your booth so we can advise on cable runs. The backlit version is for indoor use only.

What does the header add?

Height. The header is a curved top, 122cm wide x 40cm deep x 27.4cm high, that sits above the column and gives it a taller, finished look. It has no space for a logo or graphic, so your branding goes on the column itself.

Which sides are printed?

The front is printed as standard, with a white reverse. If the column will be seen from both sides, ask us to price a printed back.

Does it need tools to set up?

No. The aluminium frame connects by hand, stands on two base feet, and the fabric sleeve slides over the top.

How is it transported?

The frame breaks down into short sections and packs with the graphic into a soft nylon carry bag. No freight crate needed.

Can the fabric be washed?

Matte graphics are machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron directly. Backlit fabric should be spot-cleaned with cold water and a damp sponge. Creases drop out once the fabric is back on the frame.

What is included in the price?

The frame, base feet, your custom-printed graphic and a carry bag, plus the header and LED lighting if you select them. Delivery is added at a rate set by state.
