Why are the tall panels on the ends instead of the middle?
Because that is where people see them from. Visitors walk down an aisle and approach your stand from the side, not head-on. A tall centre panel is edge-on and effectively invisible until they are standing in front of you. Two 3m pillars on your corners are the first thing they see from either direction, and the headers above them put your name at the top of both.
What is a 3D wall pillar?
It is a fabric panel with real depth rather than a flat sheet - 1m wide, 3m high, and printed around the form so it reads as a solid column instead of a printed board. That depth is what stops the stand looking like a backdrop.
How tall is it, and will it fit my venue?
The pillars are 3m. The centre wall runs 2.3m to 2.5m and the arch returns are 2.4m. Many Australian venues cap stand height at 2.4m or 2.5m in standard shell scheme halls, so check your exhibitor manual before you order. If your limit is under 3m, call 1300 197 088 and we will point you at a stand in the range that fits.
Why nine graphics?
One for the 4m centre wall, one for each pillar, one for each arch return, one for each header and one for each counter. Every surface on the stand is printed - there is no bare hardware showing anywhere. It is the most branded stand we build, and it is also the most design work, so allow time for artwork.
How much text fits on the headers?
Not much, and that is deliberate. Each header is 1m wide by 300mm high. A company name or a logo works. A tagline usually does not. Keep it to the one thing you want people reading from across the hall.
Are the televisions included, and how big a screen can I hang?
Televisions are not included. You get two mounting brackets rated for screens up to 32 inches. We can supply a bracket for a larger screen on request, but please ask before you buy the television. The fabric tube frames are built for light loads, and the 1m wide arch returns in particular are not rated to carry a heavy screen. Is furniture included?
No. Stools, chairs, tables, brochure holders, tablet stands and any props shown in the photos are not part of the package. The two fabric display counters are included.
How many counters do I get?
Two, each assembling to 940mm wide x 1000mm high x 455mm deep with a printed fabric wrap. On a 6m frontage that lets you work both ends rather than funnelling every visitor to one point. A third can be added from our stretch fabric display counters at any time.
How long does it take to put up?
Two people, about 90 minutes, no tools. It is the biggest kit in the range so it takes longer than the others. Raise the 3m pillars first while you have clear floor space around you, then bring in the centre wall and the arch returns.
Can I print both sides?
Yes, on request. Worth pricing on this stand in particular, because the pillars and the arch returns are visible from the aisle as well as from inside your booth. Single-sided with a white reverse is the standard.
Can I run it in a smaller booth?
Partly. The panels are separate, so you can leave the arch returns in the bag and run the 6m front wall on its own, or use the pillars and one counter for a 3m booth. You cannot make the individual panels smaller than the sizes supplied.
Can I change the artwork for the next show?
Yes. The aluminium frames are the expensive part and they last for years. Order replacement fabric graphics when your branding or message changes and reuse the same frames. You can also reprint just one or two panels rather than the whole set.
How do I clean and store the graphics?
The fabric is machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron directly. Fold each graphic back into its own cotton bag between shows and label them - with nine pieces it saves time at the next bump-in. Creases drop out once the fabric is tensioned on the frame.
How does it travel?
In soft nylon carry bags. Even at this size the complete stand fits in a wagon or van, so there is no freight crate and no forklift needed at the loading dock.
What is the lead time?
10 working days from artwork approval, plus freight. With nine graphics to design and approve, start earlier than you would for a smaller stand. If your show date is tight, call 1300 197 088 before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What artwork do you need?
We send print-ready templates once you order - one per panel. Supply PDF or AI files in CMYK with fonts outlined. Our team checks every file before printing and will come back to you if anything needs fixing.
What is the warranty?
12 months on the aluminium hardware frames. Printed graphics are excluded, as they are custom made to your artwork.
