A backlit media wall built on a concertina pop up frame — the quickest display system to put up. The frame expands in one movement, LED bars mount top and bottom, and four printed silicone edge fabric panels push into the channels to wrap the frame completely. No tools, no loose panels, no visible fixings.

The side panels are branding, not trim

Most pop up walls leave the sides bare or wrap them in plain fabric. Here both 35mm returns are printed and lit like the rest of the wall, so a logo on the return reads from side-on as people come down the aisle — the angle most visitors actually approach from. With the back printed and lit as well, the stand works in an island or walkway position, not only against a wall.

Sizes, and how the 6m is built

Widths run 0.75m, 1.5m, 2.25m and 3m, all 2.25m high. The 6m is two 3m frames joined side by side, so at a smaller show you can set up a single 3m wall and leave the other frame in its case. Need a width that is not listed? Call 1300 197 088 and we will quote it.

Transport, and rebranding later

A wheeled padded transport case is included as standard, not charged as an upgrade — the frame folds down as one piece and the panels fold flat, so the whole wall wheels in and out of a venue. When the campaign changes you keep the frame, the LED bars and the case, and order replacement printed panels only. What kind of frame does this display use?

An aluminium concertina pop up frame. It expands in one movement and locks out, so there are no loose poles to assemble and no tools needed. The LED bars mount top and bottom, then the printed fabric panels push on to wrap the frame.

How does the backlighting work on this display?

LED bars run along the top and the bottom of the frame and light the fabric from behind. Every display includes 24V drivers — plug it into a standard Australian power point, no electrician required.

What is SEG, and why does it matter on a backlit display?

SEG stands for silicone edge graphic. A thin silicone strip is sewn around the edge of the printed fabric, and that strip pushes into a channel on the frame. The fabric pulls drum tight with no velcro, no clips and no visible fixings — which is what gives a backlit wall its even, seamless glow instead of ripples and shadows.

How many printed panels do I get, and are the sides printed too?

Four per frame: the front, the back, and both 35mm side returns. The sides are printed and lit like the rest of the wall, not left plain — so a logo on the return is what people see first coming down an aisle, before they are square on to the face. No bare aluminium shows from any angle.

Can this display be configured for double-sided graphics?

Yes — it is double-sided as standard, and the side returns are printed as well. Front, back and both sides are all printed and lit, so it holds up in an island or walkway position where people approach from either direction. The frames also link together, so units can be connected for a wider stand.

What fabric is used?

Premium blockout backlit fabric, printed full colour by dye-sublimation, edge to edge, with the silicone edge sewn around the perimeter. The blockout layer keeps the light in the panel so the print stays punchy rather than washed out.

Is a carry case included with this display?

Yes — a wheeled padded transport case is included as standard, not sold as an upgrade. The frame folds down as one piece and the fabric panels fold flat, so the whole wall wheels into the venue and goes back in the case after the show.

How is the 6m built?

The 6m is two 3m frames joined side by side. At a smaller show you can set up a single 3m wall and leave the second frame in its case, rather than buying a separate stand for it.

How long does it take to make?

7–8 working days from artwork approval, plus freight — freight time depends on your state. Send your artwork through early and we will proof it before anything goes to print.

Can I use it outdoors?

No — indoor use only. It is a fabric wall on a lightweight frame, so it catches wind like a sail, and the LED components are not weather rated. Use it for trade shows, expos, conferences, showrooms, launches and indoor events.
