Can I order replacement fabric prints for my SEG Backlit Lightbox Display?
Yes — this is one of the big advantages of SEG. You keep the frame and case and just reorder a fresh printed fabric when you rebrand or run a new campaign. It pushes into the same frame in a minute or two, so refreshing your stand costs a fraction of a whole new display. Order replacement prints on this page by selecting the replacement-print option.
Can I use one frame at different sized venues?
Yes — because the frame is modular. You can reconfigure it to a smaller width by removing sections, then fit a replacement print made to that size. You keep the same frame system and case, so exhibiting at different-sized venues costs a fraction of buying separate displays. Tell us your venue sizes and we'll advise the right setup.
How do I attach the SEG fabric to the frame?
It's quick and tool-free. The printed fabric has a silicone strip (the "welt") sewn around its edge, and the aluminium frame has a channel running around it. You press the silicone edge into the channel by hand, working around the frame, and it pulls the graphic tight and crease-free. No Velcro, no clips, no visible fixings.
Will my existing fabric fit, or can I move a graphic between frames?
Our SEG graphics are made to suit our frames, so the safest fit is fabric printed for the same frame size and brand. SEG channel and welt sizes vary between manufacturers, so a graphic from another brand's frame may not seat correctly. If you're replacing fabric for a frame you bought elsewhere, send us the frame brand and size and we'll confirm fit before you order.
Can the SEG Backlit Lightbox Display be used outdoors?
No — it's designed for indoor use only. The LED lighting system and fabric graphic aren't built for weather or wind. Use it for trade shows, expos, showrooms, retail and indoor events.
Why is the back of my single-sided display blank white?
That's intentional and needed for backlighting. For the light to glow evenly through the front graphic, both sides of the frame must be closed. On a single-sided order you still receive a blank white fabric for the back — it seals the frame so the front print lights up bright and even. Choose double-sided if you want artwork on both faces.
Do you print to my design, and do I get a proof first?
Yes. Every graphic is custom printed to your own artwork, edge to edge, by dye-sublimation. We send a proof before we print so you can sign off on layout, colour and sizing — nothing goes to production until you're happy.
Can I clean the SEG fabric if it gets marked?
Spot-clean gently with cold water and a damp sponge, then dry in the shade — not in direct sun or a dryer. Reinsert the fabric into the frame while slightly damp to pull out any creases.
I have multiple designs — are there extra setup costs?
Your price covers print for the artwork you supply. If you need several different graphics — say different fabrics for different shows on the same frame — each design is printed as its own job. Tell us how many sizes and how many designs you need and we'll quote it clearly upfront, no surprises.
How is the display packed and transported?
Every set includes a wheeled hard case as standard — not a flimsy carry bag. The frame sections, LED system and folded fabric pack into the case for safe transport and storage, so it travels cleanly show after show.
What sizes are available?
Standard SEG Backlit Lightbox Displays are available from 1m up to 6m wide, all at 2.4m high. Every size ships with a wheeled hard case and LED system as standard. Need bigger? Custom sizes beyond 6m wide or taller than 2.4m are made to order — just contact us.
