Can I really use the panels separately?
Yes, and it is the main reason to choose this stand. Each of the three panels is a complete freestanding display on its own base feet. Run all three in a line for a 6m booth, put two on the back wall and turn one in at the side for a corner, or take a single 2m panel to a small show, a foyer or a showroom. Nothing needs to be connected.
Is the 6m graphic seamless?
No. There is a visible join where each panel meets the next, because they are three separate units. Plan your artwork around it - keep logos and headlines within a panel rather than running them across a join. If a single unbroken 6m image is what you need, call us and we will recommend a connected-frame stand instead.
How tall is it, and will it fit my venue?
2.5m high across all three panels. That is taller than most shell scheme walls, which is the point, but some venues cap stand height at 2.4m. Check your exhibitor manual before you order and call us on 1300 197 088 if you are not sure.
Are the panels stable on their own?
Each panel sits on a pair of wide aluminium base feet and is stable in normal indoor conditions. They are not braced into a connected frame, so in a draughty hall or near a roller door, keep heavier items on the counters and do not hang anything on a panel beyond the supplied bracket.
Are the televisions included, and how big a screen can I hang?
Televisions are not included. You get two mounting brackets rated for screens up to 23 inches. We can supply a bracket for a larger screen on request, but please ask before you buy the television. These panels are freestanding rather than braced into a frame, so screen weight matters more here than on our connected stands. Call 1300 197 088 and tell us the screen you have in mind.
Is furniture included?
No. Stools, chairs, tables, brochure holders and any props shown in the photos are not part of the package. The two fabric display counters and the two shelf stands are included.
How many counters and shelf stands do I get?
Two counters and two shelf stands. Each counter assembles to 940mm wide x 1000mm high x 455mm deep with a printed fabric wrap. The shelf stands are 28cm W x 50cm L x 90cm H. A third counter or an extra set of shelf stands can be added at any time.
Why five graphics and not three?
Three graphics cover the three wall panels and two cover the counters. Each is supplied in its own cotton bag.
How long does it take to put up?
Two people, about 45 minutes, no tools. The bungee-corded aluminium tubes snap together with labelled sections and the fabric graphic slides over the frame and zips at the base. Because the panels are independent, one person can raise a single panel alone.
Can I print both sides?
Yes, on request. It is worth thinking about on this stand, because a panel turned into the aisle or used on its own is seen from both faces. Single-sided with a white reverse is the standard.
Can I add a fourth panel later?
Yes. The panels are sold as individual units, so you can add one whenever you need more width, and it will match the three you already own. Call us with your original order number and we will match the print.
Can I change the artwork for the next show?
Yes. The aluminium frames are the expensive part and they last for years. Order replacement fabric graphics when your branding or message changes and reuse the same frames.
How do I clean and store the graphics?
The fabric is machine washable on a cold gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron directly. Fold each graphic back into its cotton bag between shows. Creases drop out once the fabric is tensioned on the frame.
How does it travel?
In soft nylon carry bags. The complete stand fits in a wagon or van, so there is no freight crate and no forklift needed at the loading dock. If you are only taking one panel, that is a single bag.
What is the lead time?
10 working days from artwork approval, plus freight. If your show date is tight, call us on 1300 197 088 before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What artwork do you need?
We send print-ready templates once you order. Each panel is artworked separately. Supply PDF or AI files in CMYK with fonts outlined. Our team checks every file before printing and will come back to you if anything needs fixing.
What is the warranty?
12 months on the aluminium hardware frames. Printed graphics are excluded, as they are custom made to your artwork.
