A framed backlit stand that works from both ends of the aisle

This kit builds a U-shaped backlit stand: a 6m back wall made from two 3m SEG backlit pop up frames joined in the middle, with a 0.75m lit wing wall at each end. Two 1m backlit pop up counters sit in front. Everything lights up, everything is custom printed, and nothing needs tools. It is made for a 6×3m inline booth.

Why the wing walls matter

Most visitors see a booth side-on as they walk down the aisle, not square-on. A flat back wall is hard to read from that angle. The two wing walls face along the aisle, so your logo or message on the wings is the first thing people see coming from either direction. They also frame your space and screen out the neighbouring booths, so the stand reads as your own branded room rather than a wall in a row of walls.

Pop up frames, not push-fit poles

Each wall frame is an aluminium concertina pop up frame. It expands in one movement and locks out, so there are no loose poles to match and join. LED bars mount along the top and bottom, the interlocking connectors join the walls, and the printed silicone edge graphics push into the frame channels.

Printed and lit on every face

The wall graphics wrap the front, the back and both side returns of every frame, so the stand looks finished from any angle. The counters are printed on the front, both sides and the back, with a worktop on top.

What is included in the 6x3 U-Shape Pop Up Kit?

Two 3m W x 2.25m H SEG backlit pop up wall frames for a 6m back wall, two 0.75m W x 2.25m H frames for the wing walls, and the interlocking connectors that join them. LED bars and drivers, and printed fabric on the front, back and both side returns of every wall. Two 1m W x 1m H backlit pop up counters with LED lighting, printed fabric and worktops. Transport cases for everything.

What booth does it fit?

A 6×3m inline booth. The back wall runs 6m, and each wing wall comes forward 0.75m at the ends. Every wall is 2.25m high and approx. 350mm deep. Many venues cap wall width slightly under 6m — send us your exhibitor manual and we will check it fits.

What do the wing walls add?

Visibility from the aisle. People walking past see a booth side-on, and the wings face them directly, so a logo on the wing is read before they reach your stand. The wings also frame your space and screen out the booths next door.

What is the difference between this and the SEG backlit lightbox kits?

This kit uses concertina pop up frames that expand in one movement, so it is the fastest backlit stand to set up and pack down. It stands 2.25m high and is printed on both sides as standard. Our SEG backlit lightbox kits use rigid push-fit frames with a 120mm profile and stand 2.4m high — choose those for a more permanent, showroom-style build.

Is it printed on both sides?

Yes, as standard. The wall graphics cover the front, the back and both side returns, and every face is lit. The counters are printed on the front, both sides and the back.

How is it powered — do I need an electrician?

No electrician needed. The walls run on the included 24V drivers and the counters plug into a standard 240V power point. Allow a power point for each wall frame and each counter, and check your booth power allowance with the organiser.

Can I use the walls and counters separately?

Yes. At a smaller show you can run a single 3m wall with one wing, or leave the wings off for a straight wall. Each counter works on its own as a reception or sign-in desk.

How is it transported?

The wall frames fold down and travel in wheeled padded transport cases, included as standard. Each counter packs into its own soft carry case.

Can I change the graphics later?

Yes. The printed fabric is replaceable, so you can rebrand for a new campaign by ordering new fabric and keeping the frames, lights and cases.

Do I get an artwork proof?

Yes. Every graphic is custom printed to your artwork. We send a proof and never print without your approval.

Can it be used outdoors?

No — indoor use only. The LED system and fabric are not built for weather or wind.

What warranty is included?

12 months on the frames and hardware. Printed graphics are excluded.

The 6x3 U-Shape Pop Up Kit sets up tool-free. Two people make the walls easier to handle. Follow these steps:

1. Unpack the cases. Lay out the four wall frames, LED bars, drivers, connectors, counters and your printed fabric.
2. Expand each wall frame. Pull the concertina frame open in one movement and lock it out.
3. Fit the LED bars. Mount the bars along the top and bottom of each frame and connect the drivers.
4. Build the back wall. Stand the two 3m frames side by side and join them in the middle with the interlocking connectors.
5. Add the wing walls. Place a 0.75m frame at a right angle on each end and lock them in with the connectors.
6. Fit the graphics. Press the silicone edge of each printed fabric into the frame channels, working around until the fabric is tight and crease-free.
7. Set up the counters. Expand each counter frame, fit its lighting, press in the fabric and drop the worktop on.
8. Power on. Plug in the walls and counters and switch on.
