Frequently Asked Questions

How tall can my 6x3 stand be?

Two limits apply, and the one that catches people out is the organiser's, not the venue's.

ICC Sydney allows up to 5m in Halls 1–4. MCEC allows 5m in its exhibition halls. But individual shows set a lower default — Fine Food Australia, for example, caps stands at 2.5m at MCEC unless you get the organiser's written permission.

Our 6x3 stands run from 2.3m for the inline walls up to 3.2m for the tallest towers. The inline walls clear almost any organiser's standard height with nothing to submit. The towers sit above the common 2.5m default — that height is what makes them visible across the hall, so check your exhibitor manual and ask the organiser early rather than on bump-in morning.

Send us the show name and we'll tell you which of our stands fits.

Straight, curved or shaped wall — which suits my booth?

Every 6x3 stand uses the same frame system and the same tensioned fabric. The difference is how the wall sits in your space.

Choose a straight inline wall if you want the full 6m of graphic and every bit of floor. It's the easiest option for artwork and the right call when you're setting up counters, a meeting table or a product display in front.

Choose a curved or shaped wall if you want to stand out in a row of flat backwalls. The shape adds depth and catches the eye from along the aisle. The trade-off is that the curve takes some floor depth from your booth.

Artwork on curved and shaped walls isn't a problem: we compensate the print for the curve before it goes on the machine, so logos and text land where your designer put them.

Which layout suits my booth position?

If you have neighbours on both sides and one aisle in front, an inline or curved backwall gives you the widest message. On a corner, where people approach from two sides, a tower or twin pillar layout gets you seen from more directions. If you want a defined space for meetings, a three-sided alcove closes it in. If you need to be found from across the hall, a tower or canopy tower does that job.

Send us your booth number and the floor plan and we'll tell you which suits the position you've been allocated.

Can I add a TV or a counter?

Yes. On most 6x3 stands, a TV mounts on the arch or the back wall. Several layouts include counters, and the rest can add them. Tell us the size and weight of your screen and we'll confirm it suits your stand before you order.

How long from order to delivery?

Approximately 10–12 working days from artwork approval, plus freight, which varies by state. Every stand is made to order in Australia. Tell us your event date when you enquire and we'll confirm delivery before you pay.

Can I use it outdoors?

No. These stands are designed for indoor use — exhibitions, trade shows, expos, conferences and showrooms. For outdoor events, see our outdoor display range.

What if my booth isn't exactly 6m x 3m?

We custom-build to suit. Many venues allocate booths slightly under the nominal size, and some shells have pillars or service boxes that change the usable width. Send us your booth dimensions or your exhibitor manual and we'll build a stand that fits. Call 1300 197 088 or email enquiry@wildcowvisual.com.au
